Instead of just using the link provided to vent concersn about iHub, may I also suggest using the SEC phone number.

Remember they are folks just like us and they get paid to answer questions and pursue inquires.
I have dealt with the SEC and FDA in the past and they are great folks. Call, ask your question or whatever and you may get an answer then and there. You will probably get another phone number to call.
I had to go through 12 numbers one time because I had a coclear implant that I was trying to sell when I didn't know what it was on eBay. They not only gave me advice, they also backed me on pulling out of the deal.
Do not be afraid to contact the gov agencies. Hell, they're the same as us and don't want the BS.
