I've looked pretty hard and I can't find a way to conclusively prove Bethel Imports exists through some website or email address. That doesn't concern me though, we could be talking about someone in the middle of Nairobi, but we could also be talking about rural Africa, and when I say rural, I mean push cart delivering diapers to remote locations.
It is perfectly reasonable that Bethel doesn't have a website or email address and does all their business though the attorney's office at the Nairobi address listed on all the paperwork.
The one thing that you can prove, conclusively, is that someone gave BMXC more than $200k dollars. Then they gave BMXC another $700k dollars. We know both of those things happened because the amounts appear on the 2016 audited financials. Now BMXC says Bethel Imports made both of those purchases and has made a third purchase, bigger than the last two combined, for $1.1M
Given BMXC's track record, (no toxic debt, refused toxic financing, retired shares, audited financials, ungagged TA, etc) I have no reason to believe Bethel isn't as real as a heart attack and continuing to place bigger and bigger orders as the relationship between the two grows.
