Trading Update & Outlook - March 11.
On Friday, serious traders knew they had little chance of getting many, if any, .0003s and kept hitting the ask at .0004 because they saw the potential and wanted in - I expect to see more adds next week whilst awaiting the filing of Q4 2016 results on otcmarkets.com which I will keep checking for and announce here.
There is no dilution - indeed there has been no change in the A/S and a 21M reduction in the O/S recently.
There has been some selling off of the continually reducing convertible debt - within the periodic limits allowed - via one MM to another at .000297.
None of the 80M and 10M trades at .0003/.000297 on Friday went to retail buyers - the large whale bid of 100M+ remain unchanged.
The MM who bought at .000297 is then selling some at .0004.
Once that process is over, $DIGX can move up again as it has done many times before.
$DIGX will be a repeat ATM winner for observant, savvy, patient traders
like me who understand how to trade it.
There will be catalysts to upward movement on every announcement of improving quarterly revenues, the progress of future acquisitions of already profitable businesses, and any more future share reductions.
