Engine oil is already recycled very effectively. People dump oil because they don't want to deliver it for recycling. Unless PTOI decides to claim its process can somehow process or distill the oil better than can already be done, that's another a dead end.
When I was in engineering in the Navy, we even had a centrifuge which would remove the impurities out of oil so the oil could be re-used. Used motor oil has a further use.
Other than PTOI's founder, Mr. Bordynuik, lying to investors by saying he could produce a crude oil equivalent for under $10/bbl, PTOI hasn't made any other claims of value. If there is any real situation where something can be fed into the processor and be transformed into a material of higher value, PTOI hasn't shown any evidence of that. PTOI actually even hides the results of the process because they don't want the world to know how valuable or how worthless the process breaks down material with heat.
After eight years of being unable to show any value through multiple business plans, investors should start to consider the possibility that PTOI is just another pink sheets penny stock scam. There really is no shortage of scams in the pink sheets. I don't think PTOI's investors are as wary as they should be.
