from what I've heard, Jeff received close to 3 million in proceeds from this and yet the poor folks who participated in trio's private placement STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEIR SHARES! CRIMINAL???? HELL YES IT IS! I hear he doesn't like talking about kmag anymore! Bring on the class action please! Guy is a criminal plain and simple!
