1) this company must spend money on a legit social media presence and strategy. That is bar none the most efficient and demographic appropriate media outlet. 800k in music party buses is good for organic growth but it also could have created a viral campaign on the SnapTwitBook that could create far more reach than any music festival. That's my 2 cents - and I have a marketing degree so I'm just giving reasonable advice.
2) this huge/ surprise news may have been misread and overhyped because frankly they probably have more investors following their every move than customers who consume the product so we expect every message to be focused toward us and not the consumer.
3) we still stayed above .10 so our support is legit and I'm glad
