Zhiming Li, Senior VP Imaging Services, has bought 2,800 shares in TGS at a price of NOK 186.05 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Li holds 108,494 shares, 20,000 stock options and 38,000 Performance Share Units in TGS.
Tana Pool, VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has bought 1,575 shares in TGS at a price of NOK 184.19 per share. Following this transaction, Ms Pool holds 1,575 shares and 35,000 Performance Share Units in TGS.
