(Nasdaq: CGIX ) a leader in enabling precision medicine for oncology through molecular markers and diagnostics, announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016, on Thursday, March 23, 2017. The Company will also hold an earnings call at 9:00 AM Eastern on Thursday, March 23, 2017 to discuss the financial results and provide company updates.

The Company is no longer an accelerated filer for SEC reporting purposes and may file its annual report on Form 10-K at any time prior to the close of business on March 31, 2017.
