Start of the new phase of Paepargi development pro

AS Merko Ehitus has started the new phase of Paepargi apartment development project, located at Lasnamäe district in Tallinn. Two 8-storey buildings at Paepargi 43 and 47 will be completed in 2018 summer.

The next phase of Paepargi development project ( merko.ee/paepargi ) includes two 8-storey apartment buildings with 66 apartments in total. The price per square metre of the apartments in the new development phase ranges from 1,640–2,058 euros.
