The sap has been claiming he knows the coins were found (who said it was 3 coins?), as does the POS company in court filings. But what idiot of a CEO when copied on an email by the author of the research design doesn't alert alert the author and inform him about what he doesn't know? How freakin hard would that be?

This is what SFRX said through their OTC banned attorney in court filings. This was in direct response to one of the Amazing Blogger's post. And by the way, "such site" is Area 2, not Area 3 as the sap claimed.

First of all, Sinclair's research design at that time had OMITTED the claim about the Captain's wife and the platters. That's not part of the research design. That's misleading at best.

Second, if it's publicly available Sinclair should have found it. The fact that he hasn't, if true, shows he's not being served very well by Kyle and/or the sap who claims it's CONFIRMED.
