She obviously knows what's on the table (pun intended!) regarding new restaurants and upcoming franchise opportunities. No way she ties her name to this other wise.
The beauty of them bringing her on with ownership in the form of restricted shares is they can actually legally share this insider info with her. If they we're just paying her via royalties, cash or by some other performance metric they wouldn't be able to release this info to her.
My thought is, she knows what's coming, she knows it's big and she's now vested into the overall company performance via the stock price with her restricted shares.
This will take time, as all good investments do, but this is obviously huge.
