Poor Lying TD seems to have a very hard time understanding things. Lying TD, read this very slowly, but even then I doubt it will help.
Henry Klein does not represent Treaty. He represents the Fab 4. Treaty, represented by Andrew Kramer, settled with the SEC. The Fab 4's case with the SEC continues with Henry Klein's representation and that has nothing to do with Treaty. Again, Treaty settled with the SEC without admitting or denying guilt. There is nothing stopping Treaty from bringing their financials up-to-date and securing a market maker to trade on the OTC. That is in process.
Henry Klein's $33M SARTO case against the SEC is filed on behalf of the Treaty shareholders, not Treaty Corporation. Treaty Corporation is not part of the case. The fact that Treaty Corporation settled with the SEC has nothing to do with the SARTO case moving forward, because again, the case is filed on behalf of the shareholders.
