I've been seeing buys/sells going through for $1.205 for example and I know with Scott I can't place an order like that. Thinking it's the MMs still clearing shorts.
So I did a search for bid/tick increments and found this which long term will be great for $OWCP.

It's a pilot program, but pilot programs eventually go live, the REGSHO Short List is an example. Once it does, whenever that is, tick increments for $OWCP will increase to a minimum of .05 instead of .01.

It will affect stocks under a $3bn market capitalisation with average daily volume of less than 1m shares and an average minimum price of $2 a share. Affected stocks will be quoted in increments of $0.05 cents a share, and not pennies.
