If you or anyone does contact Will, be sure to bring your A game when writing the letter. The way I look at it is: The man has a business to run and a family to feed. I would imagine that many people are writing harsh emails demanding that they be updated and are offering suggestions of how he should run the company. With that in mind, try to think from his perspective and how would you respond to a email from someone that you have never met before? Be respectful, ask fair questions and be reasonable. If he can find the time to respond that would be great. If he does not respond perhaps he has an issue with the content or is not available to respond at that time.
This is all in my opinion and everyone does things their own way. Like the saying goes there is more than one way to skin a cat.
