Huffman can argue hearsay at the damages hearing, can't he? That is their intent, isn't it?
It's my understanding what was handed over was certified by the FBAR. So is that the path they will take, which is argue the FBAR gave bogus documents in response to a subpoena, while also asking for a recovery permit?
