Personally, if the top 2 want to split this 50/50, I say go for it. As one of the “marshmallows and snowflakes”, screw the not being fair and the more than 70% thing. Because when we get there, we’ll ALL be 700% better off. (Bigger picture)!!! Sorry legal, I disagree with that advise.
