Availability of the 2017 Registration Document
Societe Generale informs the public that the 2017 Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 8 March 2017.
The 2017 Registration Document includes:
- the annual financial report,
- the report of the Chairman on corporate governance and internal control and risk management procedures together with the related Statutory auditors' report and
- the information on fees paid to Statutory auditors.
The 2017 Registration Document is made available to the public, free of charge, in accordance with the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and may be consulted in the "Regulated information" section of the Company's website ( http://www.societegenerale.com/en/measuring-o...nformation ) and on the AMF's website.
