founder's disruptive tech (sector is both emerging and in its ascension)
former director's documentation .. forcing *hands* so to speak
current ceo's $million$ infused .. kept doors figuratively open
actual P2O original investors and some janes come lately (2009) .. many of
whom have never sold *ONE* PTOI share ..
anyone think that this info eludes any of the above as of this month?
