Norwegian Finans Holding ASA : Subsequent Offering

Due to practical reasons, preparation and completion of the prospectus for the Subsequent Offering will take somewhat longer time than anticipated. With short time for completion of the offering before the Easter holidays, the Subsequent Offering will be postponed till after Easter. The new date for start of the subscription period will be communicated to the market in due time.
