Being an THCZ/RMHB investor since late 2014 , ever
Post# of 75002
Keep in mind that I am not an optimist, nor a pessimist but I lean towards the side of reality and "say it like I see it" :
The Good:
1- RMHB has successfully made the OTCQB and has goals to get to a larger exchange
2- We have several good to great products in an increasingly growing(energy drinks/water) and baby(hemp) industry's
3-RMHB has been purchased by Ms Li and seems to have access to non dilutive financing.
4-RMHB seems to have huge potential in the China market from Ms Li's contacts
5- We are making inroads to local public awareness - at least on the OTC stock level
6- We are making progress with some national distributors such as 7/11
7-Soon to hit the huge california market with much larger distribution as well as other local areas.
8-aligning with The Native americans for the Eagle spiirt water deal could be a large coup and lead to large water sales within the Native Indian community and elsewhere.
9-Buying that resort in the catskills with a spring might be a monster deal.
10-Overall growing public awareness and acceptance with Hemp and MM could help make RMHB be a leader and "first to market" in several successful product catagories.
11-The Weed ETF could be a large boost to stock price when eventually approved by the SEC (might take awhile)
12- The potential for being acquired in a few years- if things come together as planned- is growing.
The Challenges
1- Eventually will need to Produce and have Sales.
2- see #1
3-The unknowns of Ms Li, , China deals and overall stock purchase deals,Money infusions
3- Timing of next production runs and orders from larger companies and how are they getting financed?
4- Facebook likes for the company FB page have been stuck at 30k for 2 years. Has not caught on yet.
5-Since the stock transfer has been announced last week VNDM(the dilutive market maker) has been continually on the ask holding the share price down (in case anyone wanted to know why we haven't moved too much-that is the reason) and why is VNDM selling shares?
6- though not really a MJ stock ,we are lumped into it and any national change in MJ policy could affect us
7- Amount of outstanding shares compared to sales.
8-challenges thus far in getting product on shelves with national companies.
9- eventually will need to turn the "if's , mights' and other future looking statements into Sales -see #1
so this is my annual list that is always subject to change and is ever changing.... and of course, is from my viewpoint as I see it.
I have great faith in RMHB and am looking forward to a great future.
Just thought I needed to put this out there as sometimes get too much bashing stuff as well as too much fluff - Lets try to keep it real.
