Schibsted Media Group has granted 44,945 B-shares to key employees in connection with the outcome in the performance based long-term incentive program LTI-2 2013-2015. This is the final transfer of shares in this program.

After the transfer, Schibsted ASA holds 410,790 treasury B-shares.
