With respect to those on the message boards who roundly and consistently criticize the company, while they may feel they are doing a service in bringing their perception of the truth to light, more often than not their views are not correct. I think the point that Muse is making is that these types of posts are not only inaccurate, which they almost always are, but they hurt the stock by creating confusion, doubts, concerns etc. These posts hurt all shareholders, including those posting, and make it more difficult for new people to look at and invest in TPAC. I'm not suggesting that people only post rainbows and butterflies, but if they have an issue, they should contact me rather than go off on some half-cocked theory about what is going on. So while both the contact of customers/partners and the posting of alternative realities may be satisfying to some individuals, overall it hurts the company. Since our obligation is to the shareholders, we won't be releasing that information any longer.
We are making significant progress with our partners and with EIA and EXIM. I have a meeting this week with one partner and possibly another and have a significant EIA meeting late next week. Following those meetings I will give an update. I will be back in the States from 3/23-4/6, primarily for personal reasons and then back to China for most of the remainder of 2017.
With respect to a reverse split and the consideration thereof, it makes no sense for us to do a reverse split without significant revenue and consistent good news. Should we do one now, I am certain that those same people who destroyed the relationship with one of our customers and tried to do the same with a partner, would gather their forces to beat the stock back down so that they could flip it like they do now. We are in a bad neighborhood and will only move out when we are certain that we are moving up and out and will not return. We will position the company so that the bashers and complainers move on and away from TPAC. So while we are, and always have considered a reverse split, the parameters of the RS haven't changed.
