We will be back on QB within 1-2 weeks, we’re working on that with OTC. We are not a PINK list company and have no intentions of remaining quoted on the PINK market.
The OSC/CSE prospectus will need our 2016 year end before resubmission. Depending on where that lands on our fiscal calendar and if we are given any further comments, we may need to resubmit a third time and wait for Q1 financials. We are hopeful that does not happen, but there are no assurances.
Our website is waiting new media assets, then will be launched. I hope within the month of March, if not I am certain we’ll have it live within April, 2017.
Any growing company needs growth capital, it is the key ingredient to our recipe. Our projections call for funding of not more than $1,000,000 USD. That will be raised through non-brokered private placements directly into FNHI. Our for that investment round has not yet been set but rest assured it will not be aggressive and based our current trading
price
and market cap. We will have that figured out between our legal and accounting and all filings in relation to the raise will be posted and clearly disclosed.
