It is my valued opinion (and remember - the value is exactly how much you are paying for my opinion now as you read it!)
that the price per share seems to be "Press Release Proof" meaning good news isn't sending it smokin' high to stay is very simple:
1. there is actually a lot of it out there, and some very old timers like me (like I used to be!) would love to get a dime for it and go on...
and
2. There is no Ernings Per Share!
In fact don't forget that the sales went DOWN because management (in it's wisdom - Thank you MR. GRISAFFI!) worked on the merger instead of instant sales and marketing.
If we are all patient and wait a couple of quarters, and buy on the lows when we can afford to, and when Mrs. L can formulate the acquisition of RMHB China as a wholly owned subsidiary, the stock price will certainly follow. That's what makes it balloon.
Go look at the price on Hersheys (hsy). It's cap is 23Billion and it's earnings per share is $3.35. Look at Nesle - It's still on the OTC (probably because they don't need to uplist!), and it's high, just like Hershey, because of sales. Right now, we don't have any sales...
When we have the RMHB and RMHB(China) merger completed, those sales will go directly to the bottom line, sales should be nice Stateside also, so the sky TRULY will be the limit on this stock value.
I as much as liquidated most other of my investments when this was in the 3 and 4 cent range - I couldn't stand not being in waist deep for the distant thunder that will be rolling in on this stock in the near future, and I think it's going to get REAL LOUD! I'm glad I did.
