Even 1 share for every 500 would only be 173031 shares. Heck they could go 1 for every 250 and only add 346063 to the float. That's peanuts.
Even if they did a 1 for 100 shares, it still wouldn't add that much to the float.
And have an ex-dive date after they get the cream to initial markets, say 6 months out to make it good?
Now that would drive the price and get people to hold. Screw the basher pukes.
