I think it's just traders. They cant resist a nice little pop. I haven't done it with Baltia but I used to do it a lot with penny stocks. I was doing pretty well until one day one ran away from me and I couldn't catch it. Left a lot more money on the table than what I made trading it. That's why I stay put now.
