I would imagine it would be the 60k plus? Why would it be anything else. Default would be risky no? If KBM is predicating their claims based upon satisfying the note that includes shares within the body of the note. I don't think HJOE wants a default judgement against them.
I dislike the haphazard and careless way they are going about this case. More delay. No counsel, previous counsel motioning for withdrawal for non payment,
Dismissal of summary. It just doesn't look good on the surface. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes so can only judge by the facts that we're seeing coming from the court room.
Hopefully Joe still has an end game and I'm not giving up hope, but from what I've seen this is going to drag for quite a long time.
