The Keystone Pipeline will most certainly not be made of American steel.

This is what you voted for, right Roy? Seriously, you and OMO are nothing more than 'cut men' ministering to the righty 'tomato cans' who post here, inadequately at that.

If the board were a prize fight it would have been stopped long ago

LOL!

Good morning, suckers, Part The Infinity. Via PBS.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Friday that's due to language in a presidential directive Trump issued in January. The directive applies to new pipelines or those under repair. Sanders said it would be hard to do an about-face on Keystone because it's already under construction and the steel has been acquired.

Trump said as recently as last week that Keystone and the Dakota Access pipeline must use American steel "or we're not building one."

(Please, White House. Stop using Ms. Sanders. It's insulting.)

In other words, the president* knew when he delivered his presidentialing speech last Tuesday that he'd already signed a directive that made what he told Congress and the nation a lie.

Leave that aside for a moment and consider that the pipes to be used in building a death funnel that will carry the world's dirtiest fossil fuels through some of the world's most arable farmland have been sitting in a field in North Dakota, open to the elements in a state that's known for some serious elements, for at least three years .

I, for one, am brimming with confidence in this scenario, especially considering that TransCanada, the company building the pipeline, has a long track record of building pipelines that fail spectacularly. I'm sure the president* has taken all that into account.
