How do you know Kyle isn't here? He said he doesn't follow the boards in court filings, so how could he determine damages?
But how do you know he isn't here on or Ihub?
Numerous filings are filled with LIE after LIE so what assurances do we have he isn't here?
The lawsuit was LIKELY filed because Brendan Burke and other lenders were LIED to by Kyle ( I have that in writing). The email the Defendant posted from Roger Smith proving they didn't have a recovery permit or were 1 item away from obtaining one was more than folks could handle.
So when I say.....he controls the boards......I mean the settlement may have shut one poster up for now and likely deterred some others, but Buc had 30 or so posters piling on.
Now a handful remain because carrying Kyle's water is getting harder and harder, especially as more and more information is made known.
A straw man? Wouldn't the "nobody cares" argument be a straw man?
They cared when Buc was posting but now they don't?
If no one cares then why did Kyle threatened to sue, not once, not twice, but 3 times?
Kyle told the Court shutting the Defendant up was critical because vendors and govt agencies read these boards. Did they stop?
