Finjan Signs Licensing Agreement with Veracode E

EAST PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 6, 2017) - Finjan Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNJN), a cybersecurity company, announced that on March 2, 2017, its subsidiary Finjan, Inc. closed a Confidential Patent License Agreement with Veracode, Inc., a cloud based application security testing company specializing in securing mobile products from malicious behavior-based functions based in Burlington, Massachusetts. The specific terms of the license are confidential.

Finjan has pending lawsuits against FireEye, Inc., Sophos, Inc., Symantec Corp., Palo Alto Networks., Blue Coat Systems, Inc., ESET, Cisco and Avast Software relating to, collectively, more than 20 patents in the Finjan portfolio.
