Too much assumption in that. LSW Holdings can adjust the time frame and/or share structure, which would change where the market capitalization figure for Rocky Mountain High Brands would be.
When enough investment capital is available, the means by which they accomplish that can be very favorable to shareholders.
When Jerry first spoke of uplisting to the AMEX, now known as NYSE MKT LLC, he could only speculate on all of the likely scenarios in which they could achieve it.
It's now clear that share buyback is an option, so the structure can be adjusted without use of the dreaded RS that so many traders don't even fully understand. Most penny flippers are primarily or only familiar with the failing, and often fake companies that repeatedly pull that as a means of obtaining fat salaries at the expense of snow-jobbed shareholders.
Investors who can't see that Rocky Mountain High Brands IS NOT one of those companies shouldn't be posting here, only reading. Not only that, the practice I just referred to has been eliminated. Regulations for the use of the RS have literally made it impossible.
Bottom line is, this is a golden long term investment. Nothing yet etched in stone for when RMHB will move to NYSE, but I'm thinking if ever there was a chance for Jerry's prediction to come true it's now. Now that this pivotal deal has been inked, the road is wide open and the RMHB trucks are rolling, baby!!!
