They are both ground floor MMJ companies in an emerging market. There are only a hand full of biotechs that are applying serious science and clinical testing with THC/CBD.
GWPH has 1 FDA approved product and rose to $130.
OWCP on the other hand even without FDA approval has a global market and many more products/treatments in the pipeline.
Think back when the internet and computers were new. The ones that got in first made it big. Look at Dell, they started in a garage.
