These cosmetic issues give reason for the lack of marketing. You only get one chance to make a first impression. If UF goes big right now, they may find greater negative backlash than they have already had to deal with if customers experience these issues that you mentioned. It has taken NFLX ten years to get to where it is now. It provides a benchmark for UF, but UF does not have the resources to get to that point quickly but they seem to be doing it. Investors that are truly long, don't mind waiting, because no matter how long it takes, when they get there, the payoff will be worth it. In the past there seemed to always be something that was questionable about success like DF going away, the attacks from the other site, the court cases, etc, but its seems that now, all that is in the past, all the stars are aligning and there are no more barriers for success. It is just a waiting game, IMO, and we need to have patience.
