I got to the party late and have an average of $2.04 which I am not worried about. It could still go down, but looking at the chart(yea I know throw the chart out for OTC) there is a real possibility for a reversal at least short term.
If that reversal holds for a couple weeks, say above or near $2 and consolidates in that area, when the efficacy results are out, it will be a nice launching point.
I have a feeling that by fall OWCP could be at a point that will be surprising to all. I just hope there is some volatility along the way so I can trade my way into more shares.
