We all have agendas. Regardless of what they are message boards are to be about the company, it's management, and affiliates. All that is relevant.
Kyle and Huffman have questionable "ventures" in the OTC as well as in the courts. I have first hand experience with Huffman in both situations and plan on sharing that with others.
Both Ihub and this forum allow me to share my experiences and they haven't asked for your approval, at least not that I know of.
These forums also allow me the opportunity to state my opinions regarding publicly available information, and I do.
The current lawsuit was filed to circumvent what's allowed on these forums. The Defendant, as any reasoned person can see for themselves was accurate when he posted there was no 80/20 and no salvage rights, etc. Kyle wanted him silenced and filed a complaint with numerous false claims, such as he was deleting posts and banning posters so nothing positive could be stated.
Further, Huffman tried to get away with using "alleged" private messages on Facebook and while Kyle was on the witness stand he stated these private Facebook messages were posted in a public forum. They sought to have him jailed and lender/investor jrf was giddy hoping he would be jailed.
All this was done in an effort to seek ultimate control of these forums, and Huffman even sought such sanctions to "deter others" from doing as much.
Defend it if you like, or just overlook it, but my intention is to speak out against it. These are some bad hombres.
