Joey I believe you are correct. Because icnb owns 51% they have a controlling interest in bellisima. They will report the full amount of revenues and expenses on their income statement/ balance sheet. But they will have segregate out accounts that belong to the minority interest (other 49%) and icnb will not receive any of the profits for that 49% (or losses)
