tQDs/Cd/CFQDs/QDX/Continuous Flow tech.......QMC's mkt val is still less than QDV's IP, (no they couldn't do RoHS compliant CFQDs...).
We helped shake the tree wrt proxy and some management fell out. Imagine some will dump shares & whale(s) will have an appetite.
Some of the newsletters that were chatting about QMC have people very familar w/China.
Some of the links I posted indicate that funds committed are disperse via tranche w/verification of accomplishments of goals. It's not all given as a lump sum.
Given cash reserves, investors can see where preferred shares could have been used to rip sh a new one. Evidently eyes were
taken off the ball,.....but Whale(s) are looking closely.
Without news, I'd expect to see many jumping w/profits while Whales prepare for feasting.
.....I think the main mkt will start jumping on w/news of contract. On that day, if announced at eod the mkt would have time to make adjustments in bid/ask and force those that flipped to chase or wait for another time, (or not).
