Againstallodds is just a puppet for and parrot of Lying TD.
Lying td reaching into his almost depleted bag of last ditch efforts trying to get shareholders to selloff so his bosses can cover.
It is obvious TD can't be trusted and INVESTORS NEED TO KNOW THIS. He keeps saying treaty gave into the SEC and gasve t hem all they wanted and always leaving the critical part out.
2. Without admitting or denying the allegations of the complaint
Investors, ask yourself a question a third grader can figure out.
Why would Treaty settle after 2 plus years and 2 months beofre the court hearing knowing they would be revoked, face massive fines and disgorgement fees.
Treaty would have gone to court and fought the charges making the SEC put out 100's of 1,000s of dollars with the SEC knowing they will never see a dime of it.
Sorry, the SEC has 6000 pllus shareholders to protect and that is exactly what they did.
