A Very Interesting Thought Folks:
I cannot take credit for this as my friend (another large shareholder) came up with this "notion" the other day...when we were talking last Thursday, the topic of shares/ownership % came up and bled into future uplisting talk - which is, of course, a goal of Dr. D when timing is right.
So here goes...Dr. D and Novalere own over 49M shares of INNV. What if they both agreed to let go of half (or more) and give them back to the company treasury? Say what? Yes, what if they REDUCED o/s by say 24.5M shares - do you think PPS would rise dramatically on that action ?
Perhaps after Q1 / Q2 earnings they do this in an effort to get PPS high enough for an uplisting? Once situated on a better exchange, Dr. D could potentially award himself some or all of the shares back as well as Novalere's portion OR PAY Novalere a portion from profits and give some stock back. COULD THIS be something that had been discussed when Dr. D GAVE Novalere their ANDA shares prior to approval?? HMMMMM
** If up to it, why not email Dr. D and perhaps suggest this idea as a future strategy. Couldn't hurt as he is smart and I'm sure would weigh ALL options. He could simply dismiss it, laugh at it, or USE it. THINK
