This is an email response that someone in another forum received from ICNM on 3-1-17 please I do not know the validity of this email and this was not emailed to me directly.
Response to an extremely detailed email I sent them asking about what the massive dilution was specifically being used for and what their specific plans for the debt were.
Short answer: wait for the financials.
Hello and thank you for contacting us. As you might have seen, we made a public announcement yesterday. We will continue to update the shareholder community as we have information to disseminate.
We are working very hard on creating a successful, healthy company, which is why management are long term holders of the stock and also defer their salaries. We are constantly trying to position the company to meet our existing contract obligations, restructure debt and provide the necessary capital for acquisitions.
We will be releasing our 2016 year end financials in the coming days and hopefully they will provide the answers you are looking for.
