No one is that stupid ( except for TD, no even he is not that stupid ) to think Treaty would negotiate a deal two months before the trial agreeing the SEC will revoke Teco, charge them millions in fines plus disgorgement of multi millions.
Treaty would have, at no cost to them went to court and made the SEC spend $100,000's dollars more to go to court knowing htey would receive Jack Didility from a shut down Treaty. And this after the SEC wanted to settle with Treaty because they admitted their case was very very weak.
The Fab 5 is an entirely different story. Even if tehy found them guilty of killing 100's of people, Treaty already settled.
