Low floater. Growing company. An OTC pink that just retired over 130K in notes with no more dilution to occur. Potential uplisting to the CSE (very highly probable as the listing requirements are not as stringent as U.S. markets).
1M shares set aside to a dividend at some point for shareholders (atypically a sham scheme when used by most OTC companies to distribute mre shares BUT NOT THE CASE HERE).
Next major channel for this stock will be between 06 - 12. Any traction at all in the marketplace for this company then it will head over 20. This could happen very quickly for a swing trader.
Technical traders should be gobbling this thing up right now!! Great volatility and enough liquidity to keep a person in the green.
