I'm assuming the clinical hospital-based trial mentioned in the update probably involves the testing for GBS in childbirths. I would guess that such a trial could take several months or more.
More optimistically, however, the work with the multi-national mentioned in the Update doesn't appear to require further clinical testing and that company seems quite pleased with the results to date. As one of the world's largest medical companies, I'm assuming their sales are in the tens of billions of $$. I don't think a company like that would be wasting time with a tiny company like NNLX if they didn't anticipate sales in the millions of dollars.
Since there are other uses for the N-Assay besides the clinically-based ones--testing for food contamination for example-- a sizable order from this multi-national could happen at any time.
I find those prospects, in addition to all the other clinically-based ones, very exciting. Comments welcome.
