These are private investors investing. they have been very open as to who is buying and how much. there is plenty enough public information on QMC to make a stock buying decision of this magnitude. It is public information that GTG and a Chinese technology fund are investing in facilities for QMA. A China private investor cannot invest in QMA because it is not a public stock company, but they can invest in QMC , which is the next best thing from their perspective.
