I use their own words in the press release:
We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Schibanoff and his firm have agreed to help us evaluate the technology and help us to determine the value of our technology in today's growing energy storage marketplace
Would it be odd that they had the guy do the appraisal first, he told them an amount, and Solaris was so surprised they had to do a PR?
Almost like home appraisers years ago who were quoting values without accurate comps. "Tell me the price you need the appraisal to be and we can use my expert opinion".
How does a company that had no assets listed before, other than small amounts of FFE , all of sudden come up with $30-40 million based upon technology very few seem to use. And why is the stock price .005 if it has this amount of assets? Was the company purposely not including assets in their Balance Sheet?
