Post# of 70
We at Garb have a clear distinction between Crumb Production and Powder Production, which gives us two opportunities. Firstly to install pure powder lines behind existing high quality crumb production lines, secondly this provides a high demand for technical rubber in technical rubber industry. The waste from e.g. seal production which is between 10-15% on average, this means that the 10-15% of raw rubber that is wasted, can be directly transformed to powder and returned to the master batch supplier to be compounded.
Tire recycling can produce output from Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) to pure pulverized rubber and valuable steel. Garb offers customized solutions based on customer specific requirements - from basic shredders to adjustable 3-stage shredding and separation systems, even systems incorporating integrated air technology.
Using the above plant as reference with a throughput performance of up to 8 tons per hour, you can see how well thought-out the recycling process is. Rubber and steel are extracted and separated as valuable resources.
