On November 7, 2011, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of
the Act, that all trading in the securities of
Brazil Gold Corp. cease until it files the
required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.

On November
19, 2015,
Conexus Cattle Corp. changed its name to Connexus
Corp

¶ 4
Connexus Corporation has not filed the required records and the Executive
Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease
trade order.
¶ 5
Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the
change of name from Brazil Gold Corp. to
Conexus Cattle Corp. and to
Connexus
Corporation.
