In January 2017, Vapor Corp (OTCMKTS:VPCO) finalized a new employment deal with its President and COO, Christopher Santi. Following the Employment Agreement, Santi will continue to be engaged as the firm’s President and COO for a 3-year term starting January 30, 2017, and, ending January 29, 2020; given that such period of employment shall routinely extend for consecutive 1-year period. This stands applicable unless either party submits at least 30 days’ advance notice of its plan not to extend the employment term, in written.
