NTEK will uplist off the pink sheets only with audited financials. There is no alternative for uplisting.
IMO NTEK/UltraFlix is methodically and efficiently being set up to be acquired once the 4k industry content/viewership/awareness is firmly established. For multiple$$$/share. I'm patient. Current sp is a gift. 2017 is NTEK accumulation time!
