i know how dare P2O SURVIVE *targeted* efforts since 2009 ..
have a processor to scale .. independent validation .. multi year permits
issued by NYSDEC and have *assets* ..
bottom line and why CEs' angst is slightly OTT .. is low volume cracks
are totally visible ..
curious to see if those last 2 trades (UC ask @ 041 with 15000 size)
fed to hidden @ 04 (bypassed 25000 bid @ 04) .. was done to *dilute* %s
we shall see tonight ..
